Located just outside the historic borough of Mifflinburg, this mobile home park provides a quiet, rural setting for residents who want to enjoy the natural beauty of the Susquehanna Valley while remaining close to local employment centers and essential services. The community is designed to cater to a variety of residents, from families and professionals to seniors looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle in a peaceful environment.
The appeal of Pine Valley Mobile Court lies in its commitment to providing an accessible housing alternative. In a region where traditional real estate prices can be a barrier for many, manufactured housing communities like this one allow individuals to own their homes while leasing well-maintained lots. The park is nestled within the woods of West Buffalo Township, offering a sense of seclusion and a connection to the outdoors that is highly valued by local Pennsylvanians. Location and accessibility are among the park's primary advantages. Situated at 1333 Johnstown Rd, Mifflinburg, PA 17844, Pine Valley Mobile Court is positioned only three miles outside the center of Mifflinburg. Furthermore, the vibrant university town of Lewisburg is just a twenty-minute drive away, providing residents with additional cultural, medical, and shopping amenities, including those found at Bucknell University and Evangelical Community Hospital.
The accessibility of the park is enhanced by its proximity to major regional routes, including Route 45 and Route 15. These thoroughfares connect residents to the broader Central Pennsylvania region, making the park an excellent location for commuters. Despite being close to these transit links, the park itself remains shielded from heavy traffic, maintaining the quiet atmosphere that its residents appreciate. The physical layout of the community includes paved roads and clearly defined lot spaces, designed to accommodate both singlewide and doublewide manufactured homes with ease.

Customer Reviews
The people running this place are not capable of telling the truth. There's NOTHING honest about them. It is definitely not a good place to live, unless you suck up to the managers; no thanks. If you rent from them, your stuff will take years to get fixed if ever or not fixed in the proper way. This place has gone downhill since I lived here. And the people that live in here are not at all nice either but love sticking their noses in your business. People always spying on you; they pretend to be your friend when it suits their need, only to get information. And the park is a swamp. My yard never dries out. My son ruined a pair of shoes walking in my yard. For your own good, stay away from this place!!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Glad to be leaving this place!!!!!!
The people running the office are crooks, and if you don't like cameras watching your every move it's not the place for you. He's a peeper he spy's on people in his little shack watching the monitors. I couldn't have someone pulling in my driveway without him watching. It might be a quiet place but if you only really knew. They act all nicey nice till you move in then they show their true colors. Scott and Brenda shouldn't be running it the way they talk about their tenants that's why some moved out
Beautiful mobile home park. Big lots. Mature trees with shade. I Don't feel like you're against another trailer. One of the nicer parks in the area.
Rent goes up every year. You will have a book of about 150 pages of rules to follow. And when it rains here the park has no drainage system, your yard and walkway will be a small stream untill it dries up. Are office staff are rude. And when you have a problem you'll have to call the office at least three or more times before anyone addresses there is really a problem. I had my neighbor blaring music for approximately three months. I had to call and get rude with staff before they even came out to investigate.
Very accommodating experience. Neat and clean. Not far from a grocery store. Nice entertaining opportunities in the area, i.e. amusement park (Knoebels), Cat zoo, Little League museum and world games, etc. Enjoyed our visit.
