I like the area, but it has draw backs.1 Need to travel a bit for groceries, but i don,t mind to much.2 Always battling small ants.3 Yard and driveway floods when it rains.4 Drinking water has a bad taste when it gets warm.5 Lot rent goes up every year, now we pay for sewage.6 Not 55+ park anymore.7 Park does not take care of overgrown trees.I guess on the plus side you get to see some wildlife, deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks.
We have lived here for a little over a year and love it! So quiet, nice people and the views are beautiful.Update, rent keeps going up a lot every year and now we pay 50 dollars a month for sewer, no improvements to the park either. Be careful what you wish for. 😫
They raise the lot rent up every year. They had some problems with the water.
Great place to live, very clean and peaceful. I wish I would've moved here years ago.
