Whether you are looking for a weekend escape or a mid-season retreat, this campground encapsulates the welcoming, "country store" spirit that makes Vermont camping so unique.

Quechee Pine Valley Campground is a destination that prioritizes the guest experience through a combination of professional management and picturesque surroundings. Upon entering the property, visitors are greeted by a charming pond and a main office that doubles as a local country store, stocked with essential supplies for the road. The park’s history is rooted in excellence; formerly a high-performing KOA, it has maintained its reputation for cleanliness and top-tier service under its current independent branding. For Vermont residents, this transition means a continued commitment to high standards with a personalized, local touch that feels authentically "Vermont."

Location and accessibility are among the strongest attributes of this RV park. Situated at 3700 Woodstock Rd, White River Junction, VT 05001, the campground is located just seconds off major transit routes, making it incredibly easy to reach even for those navigating larger rigs. The sites are designed with modern accessibility in mind, featuring wheelchair-accessible parking lots and restrooms, ensuring that all members of the community can enjoy the beauty of the Vermont outdoors. Its central location puts it within a short drive of iconic landmarks like the Quechee Gorge—Vermont’s deepest gorge—and the historic village of Woodstock.

Located seconds off the highway, you will find this campground tucked away within a beautiful wooded area. When you pull in you will find a picturesque little pond right before you make it to the main store for check in. The store itself, gives off that little country store vibe both inside and out. They don’t have a lot inside but they have the essentials. The staff were great, as to be expected from being previously a KOA. They recently switched. You get a personal escort to your site, they also deliver wood to your site. There is always staff cleaning sites and facilities through out the day. The campground is small compared to most I’ve been too, but it has everything you need. The sites are awesome for the most part, the row I’m in (90’s) are probably the worst. My site is level, but narrow and not much room compared to most of the others. Some sites have full built in fire pit patios and even decks. The bath houses were always clean. So if traveling to the area, this place is worth the stay. I’m definitely coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. There’s so much to do—fishing, hiking, and kayaking—and plenty of nearby farms to visit. It’s very dog-friendly with a great dog park, and the upper campground even has a meadow where dogs can run and play. Truly an amazing place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Location is convenient to Woodstock, and shower house was clean. Other than that, not really anything good to say. Our site was difficult to get into, plus the connections were near the road, so we had to go in face first. We weren’t the only ones. Almost every back-in site had the connections on the wrong side. Taking all this into consideration, the site was very overpriced. Also, be prepared to get bombarded with texts multiple times a day. It was super annoying.

Been coming here for a family reunion for 14yrs. First year of it not being a KOA. Cabins are overpriced @ $301.15 a night.. This year only part of our group received the group discount. I simply asked why? And why so many charges on my CC? I was told I was rude and don’t come back. Hoping our reunion gets changed to a more affordable and friendly place.

Beautiful and quiet campground. (No longer a KOA but still under same ownership and management)We were in spot #3 which was a little tight getting into with our 30’ Airstream Classic due to large trees but we had plenty of room and the park host guides you into your spot. Staff were very friendly and the store had so much to choose from. We called ahead and were able to get a spot for one night while traveling in the area. We thought the park was very small not realizing there was a road that took you back to another section of the park that we didn’t even see. I recommend this campground.
