It was a nice quiet place. Some spaces are better then others. My family lives there and they have a nice spot with just enough yard. Close to the water. Lot rent is cheaper then most. More then one way to get in and out of the park. Don't mind going for a visit.
Its a nice set up for moblie homes. And the few people i met there were nice. They keep it looking nice. No one really disturbs anyone. I hadnt seen the cops called a lot like some places but that's cause everyone mostly keep to their self.
Erin is awesome. Other than that. Overpriced, horrible park service, lot rent outrageous and sales reps lie to make the sale. Also they don't help you build your credit at all. They personally do the financing with no recommendations towards future investments
You pay $400 for lot rent and they do not allow your kids to have a trampoline, no fires, no bikes, feels like prison sometimes
You'll lose your car in the numerous giant holes! They really should get that roadway fixed.
