They up the ground rent 800.00 from 675.00. The place is not taken care of. Streets are messed up. The property that the trailer sits on is a mess. Bge needs to come in here and trim the trees from our electric wires. I thought at one time my electric box was attached to a tree, until I got behind my trailer and cleaned some of the over grown stuff. Empty trailers not taken care of. This place needs maintenance bad. Needs some TLC!
They need to maintain this park better, trimming of the trees, maintenance of the roads, lots of potholes, uneven pavement etc. Signs that show the direction of the house numbers. After speaking to residents issues with the water management company and management company with payments being processed in a timely manner, how they speak to the residents and address issues, they bark a lot of orders and keep raising the park fees that show no maintenance.
