There is no sugar coating this I have lived here for over 12 years the owner/s of the park doesnt care about its tenants. Raising our rent several times a year is ridiculous when we own our homes. If you want to charge more for rent then maybe you should actually own all the trailers in here vs us owning them! We rent your land not our trailers. Asking close to 1000 a month for a family of 6 on less than an acre is stupid. Start showing you care about your tenants vs just lining your pockets. We are responsible for maintenance of the property we rent its not like someone is paid to come clean up yalls leaves every fall from trees that are dangerously close to our homes that we arent allowed to remove without special approval in almost every yard here.
