Cook's Trailer Park Introduce
Cook's Trailer Park, also known as Cook's Mobile Home Park, is a long-standing residential community located in the bustling town of Salem, New Hampshire. For decades, this park has served as a vital provider of attainable housing for individuals and families in the Rockingham County area. As a traditional manufactured housing community, it offers a suburban living experience that blends the independence of homeownership with the convenience of a managed neighborhood. The park is characterized by its stable, long-term resident base and its position as one of the established residential anchors along the busy South Broadway corridor.
Living in Cook's Trailer Park provides a unique opportunity for New Hampshire residents to enjoy the benefits of "The Gateway to New Hampshire." The community is managed with a focus on providing essential services while maintaining a friendly, neighborhood-oriented atmosphere. For local users, the park represents an alternative to high-priced apartment rentals or large-scale suburban developments, offering a more intimate setting where neighbors often know one another by name. The owner-operated nature of the park often results in a more personalized level of service, with management that is directly involved in the day-to-day care and improvement of the community grounds.
Location and Accessibility
Situated at 37 S Broadway, Salem, NH 03079, Cook's Trailer Park boasts an exceptional location that is highly prized by local residents. Accessibility for commuters is one of the park’s strongest selling points. The entrance is located less than two miles from Interstate 93 (Exit 1), making it an ideal home base for those who work in the Greater Boston area or northern Massachusetts while preferring to live in the tax-friendly environment of New Hampshire. The park’s layout is straightforward, featuring a central access road that is easy to navigate. What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Cook's Trailer Park is a strategic decision for those who value location and affordability above all else. In a town where real estate prices have climbed significantly, this park remains a bastion of sensible living. One of the most significant reasons to choose this community is its "walkable" location. Unlike many mobile home parks that are tucked away in rural corners, Cook's places you in the middle of the action, allowing for a lifestyle that reduces reliance on long car trips for basic necessities. The presence of an on-site laundry facility is a subtle but highly appreciated "worth-it" factor that enhances daily life for residents without in-unit machines.
Furthermore, the park's status as a well-established community means that it lacks the "transient" feel found in newer rental developments. For New Hampshire residents who want the tax benefits of living in the Granite State while staying as close as possible to the Massachusetts border for work or family, Cook's Trailer Park offers the perfect geographic compromise. The management’s commitment to the park and the friendly nature of the long-term tenants create a secure environment that is particularly appealing to retirees and budget-conscious professionals. When you choose Cook's, you are choosing a practical, centrally-located home that allows you to focus your resources on enjoying the vibrant lifestyle that Salem and the surrounding Merrimack Valley have to offer.

Great customer service!! Love the coin laundry provided in the park so I don’t have to go far. Very friendly owner, they definitely care about the park and all their tenets!
Very rude woman over the phone. Most unhelpful and short. No homes for rent. No open lots. No possibility of being put on a waiting list. Did learn that they put their own homes on the lot. Glad I won't be living there!
