High pricey neighborhood for such little benefits ( I believe there charging water for well water for the amount used and are metered) besides the new bus turn around that will be added after the roads are widened which is included in the 4 lane plans but in my opinion they should figure out a way to make a different entrance like in the middle where they are putting a turn In the middle of the apartments across the street the trailer park should rebuild a small entrance adjacent to there entrance or further towards the back...because it will become much harder to get in and out or will he designed as a 1 way turn out unless a light is installed but didn't see on the plans

I visited my friend who recently moved away. She said that a lot of MS13 lived there. A lot of drugs, too as you can imagine. They didn't bother her. They thought she was Late Chuza, because she was blond and collected owls. (La Chuza is a mythical witch who could turn into an owl, or something like that.) They used to leave her little owl gifts anonymously. But she did say there were sounds of people messing with her mobile home, and some fun violence. There's no way I would ever live there.

This neighborhood is ridiculous. They raise the rent constantly and make up absurd rules, such as starting March 1 of 2019 if you car is parked facing “the wrong direction” your car will be towed. Absolutely ridiculous. Management is horrible, I honestly think she is raising the prices for herself.

You tow cars from people's homes for non existent reasons. Your speed bumps are so high, unless you have an SUV you'll bottom out your car. My apartment is also cheaper than my apartment. I call slum Lord but...do your thing I guess. Take from. People with disabilities and what not
