What makes Riverside Campground worth choosing for your next Pennsylvania outing? For many, the answer lies in the combination of full-service utility hookups and a central location. While many campgrounds require a trek deep into the wilderness, Riverside offers the ability to enjoy the RV lifestyle without sacrificing proximity to town services. This makes it an ideal choice for families who might need to run to the store for extra supplies or for those who prefer to mix their outdoor time with visits to local Montgomery establishments.

The campground is also a notable choice for those who value accessibility. Furthermore, the presence of a playground and the allowance of dogs make it a true "home away from home" where no one has to be left behind. While the atmosphere can become quite lively, especially when local bands are scheduled to play, many guests find the communal energy to be a highlight of the weekend experience.

Finally, for the pragmatic traveler, the ease of payment and the straightforward utility setup remove much of the stress associated with RV travel. Having reliable electric, water, and sewer connections at your fingertips allows you to focus on what really matters: spending quality time with friends and family in the beautiful surroundings of Central Pennsylvania. Don’t come on a Saturday night. They had a band start playing at 7:30 & played till 10:00 the music was obnoxious and way too loud. We had family come from out of town and it was so loud we were not able to have conversation over the noise of the music.I understand everyone has different styles how ever 21/2 hrs is way too long! They need to be considerate of other people who have other plans. We have kids who are trying to sleep and can’t because of all the noise. We mentioned this to managment and they just shrugged their shoulders and said they can’t do anything.

His response don’t recommend em to anyone else and laughs. Bartender wasn’t allowed to take them off my bill without getting permission from the owner🙃.i said I’ll just pay my bill and still left a nice tip…

I had an outstanding experience. It was March, and I try to keep my lodging costs low when I travel, so I camp when I can. There was an unexpectedly warm week, and I reached out to see if they let me camp really early in the season. They're open year round, and were very cool about it. I had a terrific tent campsite, non-electric, right by a peaceful stream. Nobody bothered me, everything was quiet, and the restaurant serves terrific food right there. I absolutely hope to return, the rates are amazing, and I feel like I got tremendous value. I probably wouldn't stay here on a warm weather weekend, just cause they probably get packed, and I like it quiet. But during the week, absolutely I'd stay here again. Thanks so much for letting me tent camp, it was great!

Very nice campground but campsites at close together. Feels more like R/V parking than camping. A little loud passed quiet time although it is still a nice place to stay. I recommend staying there!!!
