Slumlord doesn't answer calls or texts. Doesn't fix nothing. Basically it's neighbors helping neighbors code needs to be called. Wants rent money but doesn't do crap. A lot of lack of communication.

The owner refuses to fix anything including the furnace so you have no heat in the winter. There is rats as big as a small cat found on in the yard codes needs to shut this place down

THIS IS A SMALL MOBILE HOME PARK & IT'S NOT VERY WELL KEPT UP BY THE OWNERS. NO GRASS, JUST DIRT & ROCKS & POTHOLES IN THE ROADS, JUST NOT WELL KEPT UP. IT IS QUIET THOUGH & THE PEOPLE WATCH OUT FOR SPEEDERS & TELL THEM TO SLOW DOWN BECAUSE OF CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE ROAD.
