Online it says they're renting online for as low as 3something a month - they're def not renting anything at all right now. Had my hopes up but was disappointed. Update your website 😑
Old trailers mixed in with newer but used trailers. The lot rent is the highest in Gloucester Va. Land lord praises the amenities but you have to rent the club house which has no heat or ac. You are charged for use of the amenities as well as water. No lots have water meters. Criminal background checks are not conducted. Drug sales and use are apparent in the trailer park. Most of the trailers have a roach problem. I would not live here if it was the last place in the universe.
Website says complete different information on cost to live here. Go speak with the girl managing it and you'll find that they want over 2500 thousand dollars a month to live here in a trailer the neighborhood is very trailer park trash
Driving through there is like driving off road on an old logging trail, very bumpy, and lots of holes to dodge. The roads are terrible, and there's a massive dip at the end of carrie rd where it intersects with j leonards pl, and no sign to warn you before you run into it and get stuck or mess up your car. And then there's the speed bumps, which are very hard to see until you're right on them. They need to be repainted with the florescent yellow road paint, before they destroy someone's undercarriage on their car.But aside from the nightmarish roads, it's a very quiet community. It just needs new roads.
Awesome place, friendly cool people in this trailer court. I enjoyed spending time with these folks who graced me and my crew with open arms.
